INFORMATIVE STATEMENT PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 (DATA PROTECTION CODE)

The undersigned Company hereby states that, due to current contractual relations with yourselves, it is in possession of data relating to yourselves, that has been acquired verbally, directly or through third parties, and which is classified as personal by the above-specified law.  
With reference to this data, we would inform you that:
1) Data is used in relation to contractual requirements and consequent fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations deriving from this, as well as for management, quality control, statistical, commercial, marketing, promotional, and credit protection purposes.  Data are collected on writing and/or paper, magnetic, electronic or telematic support.
2) The supply of this data is compulsory for all that required by legal, contractual and fiscal obligations, and is necessary for the establishing and maintaining of commercial relations, and of all that which directly and/or indirectly derives from said relations; should you refuse to supply the data necessary, or to grant us permission to treat this data, it would be impossible for this company to establish such commercial relations with yourselves.  
3) Without prejudice to communication and distribution carried out under legal obligation, the data can be communicated within Italy and/or Abroad to: our subsidiary and associated companies, our network of agents, factoring companies, credit institutes, debt recovery companies, commercial information companies, professional figures, consultants, and service companies, in order to protect credit and, in general, to improve management of our rights relating to the specific commercial relations.  
4) For the entire duration of the contractual relations established, and following termination of such relations, data will be treated for the fulfilment of all legal requirements and for future commercial purposes.  
5) Data will be treated with suitable instruments that can guarantee safety and privacy, and may also be treated using automatic instruments designed to memorise, manage and transmit the data.  
6) Data will be treated by authorised persons working in the Administrative and Commercial Departments.  
7) Your company has all the rights as regards the data, as specified in article 7 of Law 196/2003, a copy of which now follows.

ART.7 OF LAW NO. 196 OF THE 30.06.2003
(RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the personal data which concern him, even if they are not yet registered, and the communication of the same in legible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the following indications:
a) the origin of the personal data; 
b) the purposes and methods of treatment; 
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the holder, of the responsible persons, and of the representative designated under the provisions of article 5, sub-paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about the data as the designated representative in the State area, of responsible or appointed persons.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction, or when he is therein interested, the integration of the data; 
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the block of data treated in breach of the law, including data which need not be preserved in relation to the purposes for which the data were gathered or subsequently treated;
c) the statement that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) were brought to the knowledge, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, with the exception of cases where such fulfilment is impossible or entails use of means clearly out of proportion with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, wholly or in part: 
a) for lawful reasons, the treatment of personal data which concern him, although they may be relevant to the purpose of the gathering of data
b) to the treatment of personal data which concern him for the purpose of the dispatch of publicity material or for direct sale, or for the performance of market research or commercial communications.

AUTHORISATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/2003
I hereby authorise the treatment and communication of the data classified as personal by the aforementioned law, within the limits, for the purposes, and for the duration stated in the informative statement.
