The  interactive VideoClips on mobile handsets represent the new form of interactive communication which allows clients to use their videophones to interact with videos / images / voice. 

It is possible to manage public or reserved access areas, with streaming audiovideo of short film clips, or graphic animations of high communicative effect.  The service can be modulated with contemporaneously lone access to the telephony channel (through non-UMTS mobile telephones) or to videophony channels (through UMTS mobile telephones).
